This is a popular hike for good reason (though many just go part way up Little Wild Horse). The sandstone has some great color and texture and the narrow slot canyon is a cool experience.
The weather was perfect for most of the hike. However, as the canyon narrowed and twisted directions, the temperature dropped dramatically.
The 8-mile loop is an easy hike through an amazing place.
